Theme Support

  1. Support Coverage: We provide theme support for issues related to the core features and functionality of the Elisen theme. Our support does not cover issues related to third-party plugins or modifications made to the theme’s code by users.

  2. Support Period: Support for the Elisen theme is available for 6 months from the purchase date. Extended support can be purchased through the Envato Market.

  3. Support Availability: Our standard support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT). We aim to respond to support queries within 48 hours.

Updates

The Elisen theme will receive periodic updates to ensure compatibility with the latest version of WordPress, to improve features, and to fix any known bugs. These updates are available free of charge to customers who have purchased the theme.

Refunds

Refund requests for the Elisen theme are handled by Envato in accordance with their refund policy. Please refer to the Envato Market Refund Rules for more information.
